No. We start with your brief, iterate through 2D and 3D, and only lock scope once you're genuinely happy.
Can you handle renovations of existing homes?
Yes — most of our projects are occupied or partially renovated homes. We'll plan around your schedule.
Design Process
How long does the design phase take?
2BHK: 10–14 days. 3BHK: 14–18 days. Villas: 21–28 days. This includes 2D floor plans, 3D renders and material selection.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions in the 2D and 3D phase until you sign off. Changes after execution sign-off may attract charges depending on scope.
Do you provide 3D walkthroughs?
Yes — every project above ₹15 lakh includes at least a 60-second cinematic walkthrough.
Can I see real materials before finalising?
Absolutely. We maintain a material library at our studio with 2,000+ laminates, tiles, fabrics and hardware samples.
Execution & Timeline
How long does execution take?
1BHK: 45 days. 2BHK: 55–65 days. 3BHK: 70–80 days. Villa: 140–210 days. These are contractual.
What if you delay?
Our contracts include a 0.5% per-day penalty clause on the project value. In writing.
Can I stay in the house during renovation?
For partial renovations, yes. For full-home projects, we recommend vacating — faster, cleaner, cheaper.
Do you provide daily updates?
Yes — a dedicated WhatsApp group with your project manager, photos, and a weekly video report.
Pricing & Payments
How do you price projects?
We price per sq.ft. with transparent BOQs. Typical range: ₹1,200–2,500/sq.ft. for turnkey homes depending on finishes.
What are your payment terms?
10% booking · 40% on design sign-off · 40% on material dispatch · 10% on final handover.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes — 6, 12 and 24-month EMI options through partner banks. 0% for 6 months on projects above ₹10 lakh.
Is GST extra?
GST (18%) is mentioned separately in every quote. We never hide taxes.
Warranty & Support
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Wood joints, laminate adhesion, hardware, paint, plumbing fittings, electrical fittings and installation issues on everything we install.
How fast do you respond to issues?
Within 48 hours for on-site inspection. Critical issues (leaks, electrical) within 24 hours.
Do you provide annual maintenance?
First year is complimentary AMC. From year two, optional AMC packages start at ₹8,000/year.
What if I want to add something 2 years later?
We keep your project file forever. Call us for an addition and we'll quote quickly — usually at prevailing rates.
